Online Uniform Contract 
Fees: Both the registration fees and the refundable equipment deposit (deposit for tackle only) are due at time of registration. 

  • Tackle Registration will be July 8, 2017.  Spots fill quickly so make sure to sign up early.
  • ​Registration & Team Fee is $100 if you have a uniform deposit in $125 if not
  • Immediate family's with multiple players will receive $20 discount off total.
  • There will also be a refundable equipment deposit fee of $25 per player due at the time of registration.  If you opted to leave your deposit last season then no deposit is necessary.
  • Refund Policy--Refunds will only be made on or before April 1st. There will be NO REFUNDS after March 1st. Refunds made on or before March 1st will be subject to a $25 processing.
  • Online Payments--If you wish to pay securely online with your credit or debit card simply click on the link to pay now and your payment information is securely processed with SQUARE online processing company.  




As parents/guardians of the child registered above, you are required to return all equipment and uniforms when the season ends or your child no longer wants to participate. In the event that you do not return the uniform and equipment, then you are subject to a $300 replacement fee. By accepting the equipment and uniforms, you are accepting the responsibility of this contract. If the uniform and equipment is not returned and replacement cost is not paid, we will file a police report and report it as stolen. We have established these guidelines in order to have equipment for upcoming seasons. The replacement cost for each item is as follows:
Helmet $70-Shoulder pads $60-Game Jersey $100- Game Pants $50.
It is understood that this equipment is for the sole purpose of authorized SE T-Bird functions.

Sign and bring with you to equipment issue before we can release equipment. They include the Medical Release Form, Parent Expectation Contract. All players must have a current player ID which requires a class parents must a take to qualify for the player to participate.
